This topic explains the various ways in which you can update the information in a qualifying question.
Selecting a Status
To update the status of a qualifying question, you can select an option in the status drop-down.
Alternatively, you can repeatedly click the relevant status icon at the top of the section to toggle through the available statuses.
Changing the status automatically updates the calculations for Stage Progress, Closure Probability, Close Date, and Pipeline Stage.
Note: If you need clarification on what is required, use the info (i) icon to get more details.
Adding Actions
Click the action button to create an action on the opportunity record relating to a particular qualifying question.
Notes and Attachments
Click the notebook icon to include additional notes wherever this is appropriate.
You can also click the paperclip icon to add file attachments.
Quicklinks
When the Play icon is shown on a qualifying question, it indicates that there are quicklink resources available. Click the Play icon to access these resources.
Mandatory Qualifying Questions
A red asterisk indicates a mandatory qualifying question. The opportunity can't progress to the next stage until all the mandatory ones are answered.
